How much do shirts cost?
From Youth XS - Adult XL our shirts cost $15 each. From Adult 2XL and up they are $17 each.
How are the shirts funded?
Usually each shirt is paid for by the family of an individual student. Sometimes Schools (PTO, PTA's occasionally) will fund the shirts for students. You can also use them as a fund raiser and upsell them, of course this all depends on the circumstances of your community. There will be tax on the shirts if you are not paying directly from a school account/check or card.
How many shirts need to be ordered for you to come print at our school?
We require a minimum of 60 shirts ordered to come out and print with your students at your school. We are able to travel to you within an hour of Tulsa, OK. Some exceptions may be made please reach out with you detail.
Is there a minimum for orders?
Yes, we do have a minimum for ordering. We request that 15 shirts per class be ordered for the amount of work that goes into the artwork and production per design and screen.
We can work with Sped classes as we know those are generally small class sizes and multiclass orders from the same school. We include a complementary shirt for teachers with out minimum order of 15.
Can you design shirts for out of state schools?
YES! We love to create custom shirts for all schools. We work with many schools outside of Oklahoma, last year shipping to 22 different states. Shipping will be $16 per individual class and if multiple classes from the same school are ordering together it will vary.
What is the timeline for shirts?
Give a hard deadline for parents to return money and shirt order forms. When you collect that you will send us the order forms and student drawings along with the payment . Once we receive those we will need a 2 week turn around time for ordering shirts, creating a design, sending you a proof to approve for printing.
Can I order a shirt after the intital order was placed?
Please have your shirt order form finalized before sending in your order. This includes the columns and the bottom section. This helps us better avoid any errors in numbers of shirts we need per size. Adding shirts or changing sizes to an existing order can cause a slow down in production and may delay your order's process. We do order shirts the same day we receive the order form in most cases to keep everything moving smoothly. If you realize you've made a serious error on the order form pre production please inform us as soon as you can with an email titled Shirt order form Error and we will try to resolve the issue so keep in mind this may cause significant delays in receiving your order.

We will no longer be able to keep up with orders placed after production/ after the order is received. We are hoping to make it clear to parents that this is a one time ordering opportunity due to our schedule we cannot hold screens for a time as we used to.

What is the best way to pay for our shirts?
If you are are local (within an hour of Tulsa, OK.) we prefer that the school collects cash or checks made out to the school so that we can collect one check made out by the school or PTA to Classroom Tees. NO parent checks please. An approved purchase order sent in with the order is also a valid payment method.​

If you are using our Print & Ship option we will need one payment per class / school. You may send a check, we can also accept Zelle or credit/debit card payments online. NO parent checks please. An approved purchase order sent in with the order is also a valid payment method.
Do you design and print other custom items?
Yes! We can print staff shirts, school shirts, sports teams, family reunion shirts. The options are endless. Please think of us for any printing needs.
What Brand of shirt do you use?
We use a variety of quality shirts but most often we order Gildan, M & O, and Fruit of the Loom HD Cotton. We choose these brands because they often have high stock of most of the color and size options.
