How to Place Your Print & Ship Order

Email us to get started
Send a message to Classroomtees@yahoo.com to reserve your print date. We’ll send you everything you need: forms, drawing templates, and helpful tips. -
Send home order forms
Give parents the shirt order form and set a clear due date for forms and payment to be returned. -
Pick your center design
Browse our design options and fill out the Simple Design Form completely. -
Start student drawings
Students can draw directly in Sharpie or sketch in pencil first, then trace in Sharpie. (No color or shading.) -
Collect everything
Gather order forms, payments, and drawings. Then fill out the Classroom Order Form completely.
We’ll only use your cell number if we can’t reach you via email for design approval. -
Scan + email it all to us

7. Approve your proof
We’ll email you a design proof. Once you approve, we’ll get printing.
8. Get excited, your shirts are on the way!
Your class shirts will be printed the same day you approve the proof and we will ship out the next day!

We LOVE working with teams, whether it's a whole grade level, a school club, or your entire school.
Here’s how group orders work:
✅ You’ll still get individual flyers for each class
✅ Each class can choose their own shirt color, ink, and design
✅ We’ll ship all your shirts together to keep things easy
✅ Group shipping discounts may apply! (For multiple classes at the same school, we combine shipments when possible to keep your shipping cost lower.)
